The Nigerian Music Superstar 2Face (2BABA) has angrily and Pitifully Made a Video to announce to the whole Nigeria what is actually going on in the country.

Without any doubt and with Prove captured from the video displayed above, 2BABA was spotted bitterly complaining and condemning what the NCDC's are doing to travellers which has made most of them Hopeless, Embarrassed, Stranded & Without meeting up their targets.

Is what is going on Legal or Illegal?
